Terms of service

Last updated: 2026-10-22

Operator details are being completed. Until then, contact us through the dashboard.

Who we are

Image API is operated by — ("we", "us"). You can reach us at —.

By creating an account or calling the API you accept these terms. If you use Image API for a company, you accept them on its behalf.

The service

Image API renders images (PNG) from HTML and CSS templates and the field values you send, and stores them at a public URL for a limited time.

We describe the API in the documentation and in /openapi.json. We may add features and change details; we will not remove a documented endpoint without notice in the documentation first.

Plans, quotas and payment

The Free plan includes 100 images a month with a watermark. Paid plans (Starter, Pro, Scale) are billed monthly in advance through Stripe, at the prices shown on our website when you subscribe.

A quota is the number of new images per billing period. An identical render served from cache, and template previews, do not count. Unused quota does not roll over.

You can cancel at any time in the dashboard; the plan stays active until the end of the paid period and is not refunded pro rata, unless the law of your country requires otherwise.

Finished images are kept for 30 days on the Free plan and 365 days on paid plans, then deleted together with their history entry.

Acceptable use

You may not use Image API to create or distribute unlawful content, content that infringes someone else's rights, malware or phishing material, or sexual content involving minors.

You may not try to reach our internal network or other customers' data, bypass quotas or rate limits, or put a load on the service that degrades it for others. Keep your API keys secret; you are responsible for calls made with them.

We may suspend an account that breaks these rules. Where the breach is not serious we will tell you first and give you time to fix it.

Your content

Templates, field values and the images produced from them remain yours. You give us the permission needed to store, render and serve them in order to provide the service — nothing more.

You confirm you have the right to use the text, images and fonts you send to us.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation and offer no SLA on the current plans.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before it arose, and we are not liable for indirect damages or lost profits. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including towards consumers.

Ending the agreement

You can stop using the service and close your account at any time by writing to —. We may end the service with 30 days' notice by email, or immediately for a serious breach of these terms.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; for material changes we will notify you by email at least 14 days before they apply. These terms are governed by the law of Poland, without depriving consumers of the protection of the law of their country of residence.
